While I sincerely hope that you will be most pleased with your treasure, I do understand that things beyond our control do happen. All treasures are packed with care to avoid damage while in the carrier's possession. If you have any issues with your newfound treasure PLEASE contact me. I will assess the problem and see what mutual resolution can be arranged. 100% satisfaction is the goal of The Gleeful Ewe.

  • The Gleeful Ewe wants everyone to instantly fall in love with their treasure! If there is an issue, I will do my best to resolve the issue. I strive for excellent customer service, 100% satisfaction, and I stand behind my work! Don’t hesitate to contact me regarding any issue you may have with your new treasure. For example, a treasure with a wire skeleton. Some treasures are flexible and may require a minor balance adjustment after shipping. If you are having an issue of ANY KIND please contact me for advice. It may be that a wire inside the treasure bent slightly (got a little out of whack) while the carrier was transporting your treasure. Issues like this can be easily fixed on your end.

  • All treasures are handmade and lead time depends on whether the treasure is pre-made or custom. Remaking a treasure in a custom color will increase the time of the treasure being shipped because it has to be made.

    Due to the nature of fibers, a custom-colored treasure may vary slightly as no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

    Colors are represented to be as true as possible but may vary based on monitor settings and lighting.

  • Shipping costs will generally be controlled by the Shopping cart system at checkout and is generally free unless otherwise stated.

    Ex) Large treasures exceeding 16”x 20” may require tube packing and cost extra. Or if you have a framed treasure at your request.

    At this time I do not offer shipping overseas. However, if you are outside the US and wish to make a purchase you may contact me to explore a workaround and I will do my best to accommodate your request based on your location.

  • The Gleeful Ewe is not responsible for “porch pirating” and therefore it is your sole responsibility to provide a safe haven for the arrival of your treasure. Acts of God can’t be foreseen by The Gleeful Ewe, so please ensure your package will not be exposed to inclement weather that may cause damage to your new treasure. Please be certain to provide the correct address/location for shipping/delivery.

    If you are dissatisfied with your new treasure a refund may granted within 30 days. I ask that you call or email within 7 days of receiving your order. to address the issue. The Gleeful Ewe will pay return shipping on defective items only.

    Your return will be inspected for ANY damages including odors like smoke, detergents, damage caused on the receiving end, etc. upon receipt. You will be notified by email as to whether your refund will be processed in whole, part, or at all based on the condition of the treasure. If a refund in whole or part is approved I will process the refund within 5-7 business days via the payment method you paid for the treasure. Any additional refund time caused by your method of payment is solely the responsibility of that processor.

    Custom or commissioned treasures are exempt from refund or exchange unless they are defective. I may at my sole discretion make exceptions. Please contact me via phone to discuss any issue with your treasure.

    Gift Cards are not refundable.

  • If the treasure is defective or damaged I will gladly exchange it, however, if the pre-made item is not in stock or was a custom color order it will take a longer period to receive your exchange as the treasure has to be handmade again. If you wish to exchange a treasure please contact me regarding the issue so that we can assess the problem and best solution.

    Non-defective return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not included in the refund. I recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance as I am not responsible for treasures lost by the carrier.
